My first self-published digital book under my own Sputnik Digital label will be a collection of short stories called 'Short Stories Tall Tales'. Some of these have been published before, other more recent efforts are new and a few are old but unseen. The collection will be available soon on Amazon for £1.99 as an ice-breaker/introduction to people who've never heard of me, and hopefully some good friends who won't mind a few repeats. The themes, for anyone who knows me, won't be a total surprise; science fiction, spooky horror, speculative fiction and straight human drama. Plus a few laughs. I've chosen a classically simple style of typography for the cover, which will be repeated on all my forthcoming self-published works, each sympathetic to the background pictures which I've already chosen for the next six novels in the 'pipeline'.
